Mixed media CJ - Nature

I posted off my latest entry in the Mixed Media CJ this morning - Helen's CJ, with the theme Nature.

Helen hadn't provided any pages, so my entry - Flowers - came about because I didn't have a piece of chipboard big enough to make an 8x8 page. I used the Caught in Crystal technique with distress inks, glitter and mica flakes, utilising a piece of tissue from the packaging of some new shoes. I didn't waste the left over inky tissue - added some scraps and it became the big flower - there's a sweetie paper in there too. And yes, more orange - I just can't help it :)
